Caryn Modeling Policies

FEES:
Models are booked by the hour or by the day. Minimum booking is one hour with additional half-hour increments. Make-up and hairdressing time is full-fee, unless arrangements have been negotiated in advance. Time-and-a-half is charged before 7 am and after 6 pm on weekdays and on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

QUOTED FEES:
Any fees quoted are for the original layout and job description only and for usage agreed. Any and all changes are subject to renegotiation. The client and advertising agency are jointly responsible for payment of fees.

DAY RATE:
A day rate must be specified at the time of booking. A day rate consists of eight consecutive hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (including lunch). Day rate must be paid if specified even though model is not used for the full eight hours. Overtime is computed at time-and-a-half.

LINGERIE:
Intimate apparel, which is applicable to bras, pantyhose, panties, slips, sleepwear, and translucent apparel is subject to Double rate.

TRAVEL TIME:
Auto: If model provides own automobile, the model shall be paid $.37 per mile when required to travel 20 miles from the center of Minneapolis. Additional travel time is computed at an hourly rate and must be negotiated at the time of booking.

Plane: Client is responsible for transportation, lodging and expenses. Additional travel time is computed at an hourly rate and must be negotiated at the time of booking.

WEATHER PERMIT CANCELLATIONS:
Weather permit must be designated at the time of booking. There will be no charge if the model is notified before leaving for the booking and rebooked within seven days.

CANCELLATIONS:
A fee will be charged for a booking cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Notification of cancellation must be given more than two business days before shoot date or the client will be billed 50% of booking rate.

USAGE/PREMIUM EXPOSURE:
Model is paid the regular hourly rate plus a premium payment. Specific clearance must be made through the agency when booking premium exposure assignments (internet/web, outdoor signage, packaging, P.O.P). Buyouts must be negotiated through Caryn Model & Talent Agency.

FITTINGS:
$50/hour plus agency fee. Minimum fitting is one hour.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE:
All photos are released for one year and only for the client specified at the time of booking. Image usage beyond the anniversary date, or for separate usage of client must be renegotiated and approved by Caryn Model & Talent Agency.

AFTRA/SAG FRANCHISE:
American Federation of Television and Radio Artists/Screen Actors Guild. All bookings at union scale or higher negotiated rates. All assignments that fall under the jurisdiction of Aftra/Sag are in accordance with their rules and regulations.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Invoices are due upon receipt. Finance charges apply to unpaid balances after 30 days.
